I am committed to walking with you on a transformative journey to recovery by using a holistic approach that combines Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These methods are designed to reduce and manage anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stressors, ensuring a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses your unique needs.


With several years of experience, I have empowered adolescents, adults, geriatric adults, and families to confront their pasts and embrace holistic tools to lead their most fulfilling lives. My approach is centered on the belief that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
